See, I told you all a long time ago that all was going. Have they torn down the buildings behind Brick Works yet?

Just rapid speculation, could it be possible that the structure currently behind "Brick Works" is going to stay? They could work around that, and have it work; but yea, that's not a bad question.

Wasn't exactly sure, but yea. I wouldn't be surprised, but the project itself is..interesting.

I am surprised about the little bit that's hanging close to HE, so I wonder if that'll be easier to do, or possibly a bit harder due to that.

The white roofed buildings have to be going. What were they used for in prior times? Brick Works is a shallow facade and will be remaining. What is Brick Works selling now? It used to be character photo spot.

And yeah, was that remaining structure next to the tracks a water holding tank? It appeared to be poured reinforced concrete. If so, it is going to be demolished carefully.

That, I believe, is where the water was pumped back up to the holding tanks (There are HUGE pipes running up the outside of the building). It is VERY close to the HE tracks, which makes me wonder exactly how its coming down

Thanks. Then it must be reinforced concrete. I would expect a backhoe jackhammer is in order. Little bits at a time.

I don't know about all of you, but I kinda like it being the last bit of Amity. It's one of the things I like about the Disney Parks; You can find lots of history just hidden around.

I'd really love it if they took this opportunity to move back the SF facade so it doesn't get so congested there... but alas, I know that doesn't seem to be happening.

Im one of those rare long time F&F fans but I can't say i'm super excited for this ride. Probably more excited for the movie cars in the queue

Yeah, those cars. When they had them out during the movie release I ran the VIN and they showed 6 cylinder base models. Not the super cars they are made to be. Must be movie magic

Well almost all the hero cars are rare and super expensive. Not to mention they build like 5 of each. Not trying to ruin an original 69 charger or Toyota Supra.

I'm sure some of the cars were reused in the sequels too. I think the rx7 from the first film was redone to become the guy from Prisons break's car.

Ironic that Disaster!/Earthquake is being demolished at the same time as it's similarly themed competitor, Catastrophe Canyon.

Cool observation, but by the time the last chunk of Catastrophe Canyon goes, the work for Fast and the Furious will be halfway completed.
