Depends if they want to go Legend/Labyrinth or Jackson LotR. My guess is the latter, mostly to re-use what they can from Wicked Growth, Dueling Dragons and that zone a few years ago.

We already have one tongue-in-cheek house confirmed and two more heavily rumored so I hope they try to play it as straight as possible.
