You’d need the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree to hide that spike!
Pretty sure the cave entrance here, and the entrance to drop building was rumored to have water vapor fog effects installed... like the Hulk uses when it goes under the bridge.I like the idea someone else had of fog by the spike... that could really be exciting.

Christmas season version :"Hagrid on Ice"Now Christmas is an interesting aspect of this coaster I've never thought of it.
This has the potential to look very pretty during the festive period with all those trees.
...but...I was thinking more along the lines of figure skating.Figure eights and quad jumps and spins. Hagrid would make quite the sensation.
You nailed
You nailed
it...........:fist:Take that...Disney on Ice.
Hagrid and all those magical creatures on ice would be quite the sight.Universal probably has enough IPs to actually make a decent ice skating show now.
Even on Mummy and Space Mountain, you can see the track. There's only so much they can do.
If the Donkey Kong coaster was all inside, it could have no visible ACTUAL track.
This is how I would see a tree hiding the rear support. (The scale is awful)

Like @JungleSkip said, it's going to be next to impossible to hide the supports and track and any coaster that has is either completely inside or they pretend it's a railway track.
You can only pick two.
- Thrilling coaster
- Well themed
- Hidden track
To be fair, that spike is far too steep for it to be you 'taking off' unless Hagrids bike has a secret rocket mode

I mean... for that ride track is in theme.
You guys are all talking about track breaking immersion and i'm sitting here thinking about the sound barrier wall. I wish they'd at least paint it green or something. It seems like it will stick out like a sore thumb.
