Oh, the days of taking pics from the lift hill of Potter construction. Those were the days.

How come they never painted the tracks? those colors didnt go with the new Potter area anyway, was it just too much work and not worth it? I still wish they had painted them when it changed to potter

They knew it would have to go some time and repainting it would have been a waste of resources.

I'm glad that I got to ride both Dueling Dragons and Dragons Challenge. They were awesome experiences. That being said, I'm at an age where extreme coasters are in my rearview mirror so this change is coming at a good time for myself. I can't wait to see what Universal has in store!

I imagine this has been addressed before, but any rumblings as to when the new stuff couple open? Planning a trip down in September 0f 2019, could be cool if this was there by then.

I think you'll be just on the outside looking in at that point. Especially with Irma and other storms possibly delaying things.

You should be good. They said 2019 and you'll be there with only a month left in 2019 so if nothing else it should at least be in soft opens.

They tie some heavy duty tarps to everything and they may not have to do any demo at all. Hell it may even clean the site up for them.
