I was under the impression that Saws N Steam was part of the new era. Pretty much everything last year besides Hollow'd Past and it's street counterpart were ushered in by Fear making it [art of his new reign of terror. Havoc, Catacombs... they're all fair game.

I believe Fear was "one and done" and XX was a closure on the past...
Could be wrong, still wasn't a fan of that zone.

Fear was finally released after twenty years so I assumed he was still at large, and with him, ushering in new terrors. I wasn't a fan of that zone either though. Fear FINALLY arrives...for photo ops.

Fear did a good job of photo ops. I thought XX was a new era of Fear and saws and steam is part of the new era. Who knows..

Saws n Steam definitely is worthy of its own house, it was practically one last year, but I hope it breaks the funk of the bad Jaws Queue houses from the past few years. I think the graveyard house is just a graveyard house no ties to the icon and the Icon/Casino house will be in Sprung #2.

I didn't mind SAW so much. I mean, it wasn't scarey and you pretty much were just walking through scenes instead of being IN them, but still. I didn't mind it. For that matter, I didn't mind Orphanage so much either. Neither were my favorites but both surpassed Mary and Jason by a long shot in my eyes.

Well to me Jason was the only one that WORKED in that venue, boathouse, Jason, etc... The fact that Saw was more of a live action movie and u watched the scenes instead of you being IN a trap is what killed it, and Orfanage was just blah the whole way through, not much in scares at all.

Jason definitely felt more at home at the boat house but they just didn't do enough with it. It was horribly boring both on scares and scenes. At least Saw has some neat scenes to look at.

Jason and Saw both worked amazingly for us. Maybe it helped that we went through both houses solo.
