SH and WD are enough (actualy one too many IMO) if they were to add P&T or AC also they will honestly lose my respect and it it will definately effect how much I spend this year and in the future as well. I know its still up in the air but I DO NOT want Orlando to go the way of HHNs Hollywood.

I am blah about SH. Freakin excited about WD. If they add AC its a win for everyone, it was a great house. Never been a fan of the P&T idea all that much.

Why? It's not like it would be the first time it would happen in Orlando. HHN 17 - NOES, Dead Silence, F13, Texas Chainsaw, The Thing; HHN 19 - Saw, Wolfman, Dracula, Frankenstein, Chucky, Cirque du Freak, Silver Screams, Horrorwood Die-In.

My point being, if the houses are still good, who cares if certain IPs are involved?

Well I guess I'd be in the minority, but P&T would get me to splurge on a HHN trip. Not that I'm a regular for the event so I have a different perspective.

No offense...but is site interactivity all that important? Personally I found the interactivity last year to be boring and uninteresting, but the event was amazing.

I agree with you. I never really found the games and stuff interesting. I really liked what HOS did with the site last year.

Whether or not the detailed version of the site or a more basic layout version of what the event has to offer site is of care to some people. Look at it this way, regardless it is sad to lose a more detailed aspect that no other event does. It is a part of what makes HHN the best Horror themed and most detailed all around.

To a certain extent, but I am not a fan of IP overload.
Silver Screams was different than just a movie house, as was Chucky, Frankenstein, and Dracula.
Saw was only good if you got to see the gags and CDF was a scarezone so that doesn't count as they have been pretty lousy lately anyway.
Last year had great houses, IMO, and the one that was an IP wa,s probably, the my least favorite, granted not by much.

My point is it is only to drive the property not HHNs and they don't need it.

As far as I can tell, HHN Hollywood has not made any similar posts about this announcement. Could this be our first non-IP or Orlando-only house?

Actually, Murdy has been tweeting ALL day yesterday about being on a roadtrip and being very vague. I think the strategy this year is to push this as a nationwide event. Both videos have featured both events. Not saying that they are going to have the same houses, or that the next announcement is going to be another shared house, but announcements will maybe be timed to come out at the same time?

Also, be thankful if you get AC. It was a BLAST!

That's true, but the past two announcements featured identical Facebook posts by both events giving the same hints. This hasn't, which is unusual thus far.

I have heard more than a few rumors that Silent Hill was moved into Sound Stage 20b the location that was originally to house the now scrapped American werewolf house and then planned for "Dead Exposure" style house with something other than Zombies. The rumors say that the DE type house may have also been scrapped.

But there will be a 7th house, and it is in a location at Universal Studios Florida that seems most unlikely and was thought to be unavailable for HHN use ever again.

If the DE type house was scrapped then this 7th house remains a mystery that I cannot yet reveal. Unless it is revealed this weekend, I may add a new cryptic comment... when the time is right.
