They've been teasing more info for the past week, and their FB fans are getting weary.

The way USH utilizes social media for HHN is night and day from UOR. USH is VERY active and personal. UOR is just distant and disorganized.

For HHN, I think they still don't have some plans finalized, which is why you're seeing so much indecision.

It is for me, at least. Granted, I'll take any preview or hint I can get, but in comparison to previous years, I am certainly disappointed with the lack of hype so far.

I have to agree with you. HHN Orlando really needs to take a lesson on social media from USH. But I will take what we are given!

Honestly, I'm pretty sure not many people can say that they had Penn and Teller scare the bejeezus out of them in person. I think that's novelty enough.

Spend an evening picking the brains of some of HHN’s designers

You and your party, along with other Arcane Insights Tour guests, will be combined together to experience a structured, guided walking tour of one Halloween Horror Nights event night. In addition to your Arcane Insights guide, the group will also be accompanied by members of the Universal Orlando Art & Design Team. As the guide leads the group through the event, the Art & Design team members will provide the group with a unique look into the design and development of this year’s event. During the tour you will experience all haunted houses, visit one of the house’s makeup and wardrobe areas and get to take part in a seated Q&A with the Art & Design team members. Combined groups consist of up to 12 guests and the tour lasts 6 hours, with a 30 minute break mid-way through.

Price: $225.00 per person, plus tax and event admission

Oct. 5, 12, 19 & 26 - Tour departs at 7:00PM
All Arcane Insights Tours also include the following:•Complimentary standard valet parking

Get a lights-on, inside look at Halloween Horror Nights

You and your party, along with other Unmasking the Horror Tour guests, will be combined together and experience a guided, informational walking tour providing an overview of this year’s event as well as a “lights-on” walkthrough of three haunted houses with the opportunity to take photos throughout. The tours are at least 2 hours in duration with combined groups consisting of no more than 15 guests per guide. Each guest taking part in the Unmasking the Horror Tour also receives a commemorative Halloween Horror Nights lanyard.

Price: $55.00 per person, plus tax

Sept. 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, Oct. 4, 5, 25, 26, 27, 28 & 31 Tours depart at 10:00AM & 1:30PM

I love reading the comments on the HHN FB page. Fans are starting to get a wee bit more aggravated. This year is definitely different compared to other years as far as updates/hype.

I think if they came Penn and Teller would probably hang out with the fans at some point. Every time I've seen them live they've given the audience all the time in the world for photos and pictures after the show.

I find the way they are handeling this year really lacking.
I mean really all the show after a tease is a frickin add?

They DESPERATELY need a new social media team for the entirety of UOR. Because the current one is complete garbage.

I'm beginning to believe the rumors that HHN Hollywood has taken contol of Orlando's event this year. The marketing this year for Orlando's event has been (excuse my language) piss-poor. Usually we get clues and puzzles to solve surrounding the theme and Icon of the year....this year we get NADA, nothing, ZILCH. There's still time to get a few games on the website, but I'm not expecting much theme-wise or Icon-wise. Who knows, maybe HHN Orlando will surprise me like they always do (praying that they do), but until I get more info (next week) color me cautious.
