Speaking of maps, I wish they would do paper maps for HHN. I loved being one home with me and adding it to my collection. With them getting rid of paper maps in January, I sadly don’t expect any.
Yeah I have a collection for the 9 years I’ve been going. I didn’t realize Universal axed paper maps this year.

I get why they axed them but I wish we could still get them. I went on Amazon and bought maps for HHN 16-22(years I didn’t go) so I now have HHN maps for 16-32.Yeah I have a collection for the 9 years I’ve been going. I didn’t realize Universal axed paper maps this year.

Not to beat the merch horse to death, but I have only ever bought lil boo and trick r treat HHN merch. Hat, sweatshirt, sippers, tees. I haven't and probably wouldn't buy other stuff. 31/"traditional" halloween themed stuff was right up my alley.
I realize I'm nowhere near a core demographic, but I guess there is a chunk of us out there very excited about repping our cute pumpkin gear as we trek from creepy house to gory house to demon house and so on

You're definitely not in the minority. Lil' Boo has practically become an icon in its own right.
We've seen people go feral for new classic halloween/lil' boo merch. And just maybe more than a few items have been brought come home with us, but if it gives happiness....

I’m SPECULATING… on the best way to attack this year. Normally I do two nights, no express. This year, I decided on one night with express. My gut was telling me Springfield S&S would probably be the best option which could allow for a run through of SS2 and Museum t least without even using express. So then I’d get a second run through of those houses with my express later. I feel as though I’m probably going to want a second run through SS2 and Major Sweets. Don’t really want to do the SF S&S for mainly just Sweets.

Glad to have those confirmed, it makes a lot of sense considering Sprung 1 and 2 are usually completed first to avoid working in those during the Summer. So they'd be ready to go for an early batch of UTH tours, and Triplets is a good idea to help explain the story early on.

Fyi the 6 house UTH tour has sold out for the first couple of days it looks like. Bummer
No surprise there, 6-house tours will generally sell out faster as they don't have as many slots as the three house tours due to the length of them.

If the list stays static, not having AQP is what I would have expected.
If they've reportedly come up with some new tricks with sound for the house, I'm sure they don't want to share publicly just yet.

San Fran was my favorite S&S last year. Comfortably sit at a table with umbrella, mobile order food and drink. No stress or crammed together sitting/standing in the sun. After Chucky went to back of the park and knocked out 2-3 more houses that already mostly cleared their S&S with little/no wait. Had Express so wasn't worried about the headliners up front.

I do second @Captain Spaulding ’s suggestion that it’s definitely doable to knock out the San Fran S&S house and then pivot to the back couple (now four) tents before the crowds really make it back there.
Then you have the bulk of the night left to check out zones or deal with the other 5 house waits.
Doable, but I'd also note that Universal doesn't open the F&F house until the rest of the park opens unlike the NY/Springfield S&S. So while you can still get ahead of the masses outside the gates, you can theoretically knock out 1-2 NY houses then head to F&F, and then to the back of the park during the same time.Relatable

Sometimes, when I close my eyes, I still see the throngs queued up hours in advance for Stranger Things during Stay and Scream. It haunts my dreams.
