I'm personally looking into going to HHN if the Wyatt stuff holds true! Anything else that I like that might show up (Five Moons at Frederick Fazbearington's/Mothman) is just icing on it.

the zones could be original but retro. I'm being serious, that idea is really great. ( just even bring back vamp 1985.
I was half joking that we need sequel houses in the same year ( since so many movie franchises can't be used. )
but imagine a hhn year based on an entire decade. HHN 1980s. and every ip house and zone is 1980s. ( with originals too)

someone could say that younger people wouldn't like it, but stranger things prove that people love the 80s. Ghostbusters as well.

thirteen ghosts is literally Tailor made for hhn. it's the one property that fits the most perfectly for hhn. every single character. every part of the house, that movie feels like a ride.

It would've been really cool had they FULLY committed to that in 2018/19.

Don't lie to yourself, you're definitely going to do the Terrifier house if it comes. Just because you hate the IP doesn't mean it will be a bad house, don't be dramatic lol.

I’ll do every house at least once because I’m a completist and I’m interested in the event as a cultural and business phenomenon, but so far this is the least appealing lineup in the almost two decades I’ve been attending and it’s not close. In that sense, I guess it’s a good thing they’ll have two extra houses this year to partially offset the IPs.

PS: if there was ever a lineup that justified a Scooby-Doo house as balance, this is it.

This is already a much more popular IP line up than 2024. They really seem to have taken criticism seriously.

Same here. There have been plenty of IPs recently I haven’t been excited about: The Last of Us, The Weeknd, House of 1000 Corpses. And if this lineup holds true, I don’t really care about The Last of Us 2 or a wrestler, but I will go to all the houses because even if I’m not excited about the theming, there could be things I like about the house: Sets, scares, ambience, a variety of things. I’ve been to 11 HHN’s, every year since 25. I’ve completed every house since 28. I’ll continue to do every house every year until I can’t.

The goal seems to be making HHN a multi night experience whether you have express or not.

If that’s the case, you’d have to introduce a reservation system similar to WDW, no? This would increase the demand for ROF/FF passes with every night being packed consistently.

Maybe this becomes closer to reality after Epic has opened for a bit. I anticipate at least a few years for Universal to iron out any staffing issues caused by a new park.

they could ( or should ) introduce a ticket where you pick 8 to 13 nights but not in a row like rush of fear. or tickets where you are only able to visit Sunday or something. a smaller version of ffp. or cut the ffp in half. sell each half separately. ( like to create a second rush of fear for the second half )

and a different problem with 12 houses is if people buy express and can't do everything. universal might want the event to be multiple nights multiple visits, but some people expect to see everything with express. ( previous years had to deal with long express lines, but it will be a completely different problem if express gets long lines and people can't visit everything)

the 300 dollar day, there were reviews in the review page here and on YouTube I think. I know I remember seeing some.

If this lineup is real, “Wyatt Sicks” will be the first IP in the events history I’ve never heard of before its involvement with HHN. Which makes me skeptical… but maybe I’m just old.

Terrifier and TLOU 2 certainly would. The Wyatt Sicks I'm sure would too, but maybe not as much. The WWE branding will help.
