Water's been working the last two days, it's hit or miss depending on the seat though. Minimal fog. That sound issue happened to me again in the middle of the ride - all of the low end sound cut out when we pulled up to the thief's downfall scene.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Gringotts is having issues today. Ride at 8.15 and got stuck for 5 mins right after the last screen. Then reached for single rider and sat down then they unloaded us and it has been down the last 30 mins. One of the cars won't unlock and they had 4 pole stand on the sides and jump to jiggle the care to get it to unlock. They said that usually works and they then covered up that entire car so no one will use that car. They have just been running them empty and the PA comes on Avery 5 mins saying it's down. They really need to work out thethese issues.

Just got off. Something strange happened. No heat no water but when we launched right after we passed the screen the car immediately turned 90 degrees right and stayed that way through the rest of the ride. So we were facing the wrong way for the last screen. Weird.

I think we rode after this reset on the 15th, had no water fog or heat effects :(

Currently in like at Gringotts, been waiting since about 6:55, they're definitely having issues today. Just had the lights dim though so it seems like we'll be moving shortly...

Well my friend is there today and they just emptied the gringotts queue... the ride seemed to have been fine the slower months but must still act up when they try to run it a full capacity.

So it went down at 11 and is still down. Does anyone know what would happen to it that would put it down this long?

Fire Rescue was dispatched at 11:35 AM. Some lucky guests got a backstage look...

Maybe one of the tracks wouldn't go back properly and that's why they had to evac.

Touring Plans just took down the customer close/caution tag from Gringotts and posted a 60 minute wait. So perhaps its up and running again.

My guess would be the teeter-totter in the first scene. I could see them getting OFD involved if it were stuck in the down position.

That would be my guess as well!

Indeed, I asked an attendant last month and he said they were running all trains and that there were very little hicups.

Maybe the backward drop in Mummy intense...but you'd be going forward...it's more neat than intense..I think

Let's just say it is tailored to families so younger kids will be riding it

From the rows I've ridden:

1- Not intense at all
4- Slightly intense
6- A good drop

I love the back row. And yesterday I noticed the zoom as you launched. It was cool that I never realized before without actually looking for it. As you get close to the opening the image actually fades to look like a foggy haze. And the drop track also does an extent squenching(sp?) thing. When Bellatrix casts the spell on the car the drop track stalled for 2 to 3 seconds before moving. So we were 2 to 3 seconds behind the sscene. At the point that you are supposed to drop everything stretches and distorts up. It was really creppy looking. But as you are dropping really adds to the sense of speed. They do a great job creating the illusion of speed in that ride.

And yesterday the water was working for the first time in a while for me. And we got 2 spurts. The first on the augmenting and the second I think is because a spell ricochet of the Dragon and bounces in your direction. I'll have to check a YouTube vid and see if that happens but that's the feeling I had in the moment the water hit me the second time.

Just rode twice. First ride was in the vehicle marked No.6, row 4. Our front speakers were busted from the start...pretty disappointing, but not the first time it's happened to me. I told a TM about the issue and asked for a reride, which she reluctantly granted after evading me, saying "no one else has complained" (how would they even know? I'm sure most people only ride once...though the dragon's roar being 90% silent sort of gives it away. But I digress.) Anyway, by some stroke of luck (or bad luck) we ended up in the same vehicle and row. The speakers were busted again :(

Has this happened to anyone else? I'm not sure what could cause it, but my current theory is that water from the spritzer effect might be getting into the speakers. That's the best I got. Luckily, though it's happened to me in multiple rows, it seems to be an isolated issue at worst. I might send guest services an email later about the issue; the ride becomes kind of a hollow experience without sound effects. It's something that isn't missed until it's gone.

One more thing - I noticed a water mist effect when passing the physical thief's downfall got the first time. Was pretty neat; hopefully it sticks around. Aguamente spritzers were working, though the fog was weak as usual.

Went on it last night and the dragon's heat was finally working, but Aguamente had a delay.

I just have to say. I absolutely love this ride. Its a nice mix between Simulator and Roller Coaster. The only problem I have with this is that it feels to short to me. I know a lot of people feel the same way so I feel like I added nothing to this thread xD

It's a little short. I wish it could have had one more scene. But what makes it feel even shorter is that there aren't as many scenes as people are probably expecting after riding spiderman and transformers, granted you are in each scene longer. Last time I went someone in my vehicle said that they wish the last scene with voldy coulda been longer. It's just sucks because they have to keep cadence. But despite its shortcomings gringotts is my favorite ride in the resort by just a small amount over spiderman. The immersion and coherence of the ride is great along with what they are technically doing with the ride.
