That zone is very weird.
Every single time i pass by it i notice either: People using flash and not being stopped, or Aliens talking to coordinators for a long time ( doesnt seem to be about problems, just chatting.)

Yes! What the heck is that about? I saw an alien talking to one of the coordinators every time...It seemed like they were fooling around...It was mega odd
