To be fair, they have lots of irons in the fire right now. Kong was likely priority.

I don't know. That is like saying it is OK Frozen and Soarin is seeming to be delayed along with ROL because they have a lot of irons in the fire.

Poor planning is poor planning. They really need this open for the summer months because of Uni's lower capacity right now.
