The answer is "a new attraction". They were building Kong for a year in Orlando before announcing it, T2:3D was being converted into Minion Mayhem for a good six months before announcing it here, same with Springfield. Building things without announcing them is practically their modus operandi at this point.
Wouldn't it be a far better idea to wait until the movie comes out? Public interest would be higher than usual. You put out a limited edition cereal or Happy Meal toys to get an upcoming film publicity, not announce a $100+ mil theme park attraction. I have no idea why they wouldn't just wait if this is indeed SLoP. (which I'm convinced it isn't and y'all are within your rights to tease me if it turns out to be while I stand befuddled as heck
