Those trees should grow some more, right? If so, I imagine it will end up like Royal Pacific where most of the towers are hidden by foliage.

As long as day #70 goes well, I'll be happy. :)

Is there any menus online yet for the restaurants?

I tried the Universal Orlando website yesterday, but nothing was there. Maybe it's somewhere else.

It probably is on the website but it's a horrible website so who knows. I just tried TP and no luck either.

Nothing on the app either.

From what I can read off the menus, it looks like the menu at Strong Water Tavern is, by far, the most interesting and varied. Amatista Cookhouse looks kind of similar to Jake's at Royal Pacific.

I think I'm just as excited to walk through all the Universal hotels for the first time and try the food as I am visiting the parks again.

Yeah, I always like the idea of appetizer or small dish portions. Get to sample a wide array of food that way. One reason we like the Happy Hour at Emeril's Tchoup Tchoup with their interesting & tasty appetizers.

I can't wait for the ceviche!! That's half the reason why I purchased the 2 night stay with $75 worth of dining credit, the other half being I don't need a reason to go to Universal..

I just noticed that many of the palm fronds haven't even been untied yet. This was a rushed hack to get this place opened.

How in hell did you get that smooth shot skimming across the swimming pool? Are you taking camera booms to the parks now?

That shot was actually from Universal's B-Roll footage they supplied. Thought the shot was too good to not include it.
