If they could even start lets say in Jaunuary, the ride could not be completed within 12 months right? Like Fast and Furious because its on a hill would cause it challenges?

“We are thrilled that fans celebrate when even a piece of track received at the park elicits excitement, as we saw with a recent delivery of support beams. We look forward to sharing details and progress updates soon. There is so much more to come,” a park spokesperson said in a statement to KTLA.

It's still the Cyber Cycle, but it counts as an inverted coaster.

Went to the park today. Most updates are just Holiday stuff going up.

I did note this new digital ticket/membership appeared in my app, and it's right beside my usual digital ticket/membership. I did not see an equivalent one show up in my Knott's app.

Also noticed all signage both in the park and app for food Mobile Ordering are gone. Guessing that won't be coming back.

Lastly, the Emporium store has significantly changed their layout, and feels more spacious. Employee said they did it right after Fright Fest. I think they took out a fair number of stock, and I noticed a lot less DC merch in the store.

Knotts doesn't have Mobile Ordering either

I'm spoiled...and once again people can crap on Disney but the ordering works and helps with you day and these other parks just can't keep up

If Six Flags was quick at moving food lines cool but when you see a long line its just not fun and miss being able to just order food and pick it up and can tell you many times I just say screw it and grab In and Out after I leave because of the food lines at Six Flags (plus the prices)

Excited to see the Holidays in the Park this Sunday, We got two new shows the Tree lightening show and a new song and dance show in the front of the park

Its a good start, I will say it would be nice to have another band as well, Drivin Momma Crazy are great but would like a tradition band at one of the stands or maybe in Looney Tunes land or the area where Octoberfest is.

True, but I don't think Knott's EVER had mobile ordering (though they should, at least for some locations, especially in Ghost Town). That said, Knott's also has the arguably faster "Chipotle-style"/cafeteria food service in many, many spots, which sort of relatively speeds up things.

It's not great that SFMM had it, and is taking it away. Let's hope, though, that maybe without, the regular lines will move a bit faster. It's also better now that they have more dedicated refill stations (though they still need at least one, if not two more between Apocalypse and Full Throttle, there's none in the entire back half of the park), so that will keep people who only need refills out of the food lines

I went on Sunday to Holiday in the Parks

For me like fright fest, this is the best year of this event yet.

They added Jugglers, they have some cool light up items to use and are in a well themed area of the park with holiday lights in the looney tune land.

Drivin Mama Crazy is back over at Kattys Kettle and they are doing 45 min sets like normal and sound great and its a really nice area after sunset with all the lights

The Tree Lightening show is fun and its a smart way to introduce the characters that roam around the park.

The Slider show is mostly the same with the exception now they walk over to the Tree and turn it on

The New Singing show is very well done, and those of you who liked the fright fest Monsterball show you might spot some familiar faces as new characters in the on going Six Flags Character Multiverse.

Most the lights are where they were last year but its as amazing as ever, almost every 5 feet you have a new area to wow out in the park.

They also added bubble machines around the park, they have a wand where you can use the machine to make bubbles., those are also at Knotts

The Looney Tunes are meeting in costumes at the front of the park, like yesterday and the app has been updated with their times.

The Characters are as ever wonderful and its always nice to have them in the park making the event more Merry.

Lastly, they redid the Mrs Clause area and you can decorate cookies in this newly themed area next to the train rides. Along with what was the Halloween shop near Looney land, into a Santa Meet and Greet and I think it looks pretty well done.

So if your looking for somewhere to go hang out, see some lights, watch some fun shows, meet some fun characters and get on some coasters for the holidays this is the place to be

Six Flags updated their app to now include all the legacy CF parks. Very strange seeing them all in one place, but glad I don't have to have separate park apps.

Note it is still very, very buggy right now... I couldn't get my old account to yet import, and none of my tickets are being accepted digitally (hope everyone still has their physical cards in the meantime!)

New app isn't showing my perks....I know I have free friend passes but no clue how many still

Also on not so great news MM was suppose to be open more on the week of 12/16 but they took those days off.

Disappointed because I was planning on coming that day, I guess we get one full week of the event on the holiday week.

I wonder at this point what Six Flags can do to draw people in, they had 3 strong events this year which seem to be bringing people in but not enough to make the higher ups happy

Also not a good sign for Scream break.....but MM needs something in the spring, Its the only park without one in southern CA
