I would love to ship my pants in the Kong queue. Maybe I can use my phone while doing so.

I'm with those who've found the Kong merchandise underwhelming so far. Hopefully the cart at the exit will have more to offer than the displays in the gift shops, because simple tee shirts, generic-looking plushes, mugs, and shot glasses are not going to cut it for me. I'm also not a huge fan of the primary Kong graphic they're using on the shirts and pins, which is basically the exact same graphic from the teaser poster for the 2005 movie...

I'd like to see some unique designs on this stuff. Maybe that will come eventually.

Probably not

On a side note does anyone know if their is a queue to bypass the line because I know they are doing that with Cobras Curse for people who are afraid of snakes.

I know Manta has a queue that bypasses the roller coaster. How counterproductive.

I wasn't sure for certain if they were doing that or not. My wife is terrified of snakes and I didn't think we'd be riding it this year. That's pretty good news!

The only bypass that I can think of is the potential single riders line. Not sure why I never followed up asking about this... Hmmm.

To have a bypass queue for Kong because it is too scary would be inconsistent with other attractions at the park. I mean, Forbidden Journey has giant spiders but nobody ever complains about that. I guess everybody has Dementorphobia.

I never understood people being afraid of snakes, spiders, etc...I really hope that don't tone things down at least not until after I go through the queue.

I also wonder what exactly makes it scary...is it the jump scares or whats in the queue like snakes, spiders, etc.

Perhaps its because unlike FJ to where its at a safe distance, the actors and effects around the area will be extremely up close to you that it may frighten most individuals.

Too, bypassing the queue would be inconsistent with the attraction itself.

I feel like there isn't going to be a bypass queue.

I love non-venomous snakes even though they might bite me, and they usually try/do. Some spiders creep me out... the large wolf spiders look like a tarantula that's been on a diet... and they run really fast. Odd thing is, most tourists don't realize how many venomous snakes and spiders they will walk within two feet of near sidewalks and nature paths and ponds in Florida. The place is crawling with them.

There was a tourist killed sometime in the mid-2000s walking around one of the Marriott WDW ponds... killed by a water moccasin. So tell the spooked in your family and you will make their vacation that much better. ;)

Oh, and one of the first things I learned when I moved to Florida was:

Red touch black, venom lack.
Red touch yellow, kill a fellow.

That is the rule for the deadly coral snake... which Florida also has.
Have a great day!

Got here today and grabbed a Kong lanyard for good luck (needed one). Got some over the wall pics and looks amazing back there. Maybe will take a banana tomorrow.
