the paths on left side of Nintendo and left side of Dark Universe aren’t enough for emergency access? Nintendo is only half size, and the team member backstage path between it and Pizza Moon structure doesn’t have a turn around for emergency vehicles the way the one by Dark Universe does. Doesn’t it just dead end into the Nintendo World exit walkway? I think it’s a TM path, not a fire truck road.

Edit: In other words, this road already doesn’t go to Celestial Park. It has to stop where the guest exit pathway starts at SNW exits.

Let me go have a chat with Voldemort and get back to you

Update: No dice, not all fire roads need to get to the hub but they do need to get to the buildings and the hydrant for that area , this is where the fire trucks go up to:

Very curious what items we're getting from Japan... I'm really hoping for the Omelet Rice with Shrimp & Mushroom Cream Stew and the Green Shell Calzone from Yoshi's Snack Stand. My two favorites from Japan's SNW

You may be in luck, from the Discover Universal Blog Today:

"When you’re craving a quick treat, Yoshi’s Snack Island is the place to be. Here, you can pick up the Apple Melon or Mango Yoshi’s Smoothie, a savory vegan Green Shell Calzone, or an Italian meat Red Shell Calzone if you’re hungry for something more filling."

I tried the Princess Peach Birthday Cake in Japan... it's not great. It's presentation is adorable but it was too much whipped cream. I've never been more disappointed by a dessert before, lol. Honestly prefer Hollywood's cupcake tbh

Here's a picture I took of it when I tried it last year. 4/10 from me.

It's funny as our cake like pies are always very light and "dry" in Europe where in the US it's moist and greasy. If someone bakes a cake like that here it's going to get thrown away. To me the Japan version sounds heavenly but I'm sure with will be changed into a sticky cupcake with fake whip cream on it.

Sliding doors.....On this park we might see signs like "Land closed for now. Please visit another land"....instead of "Attraction closed, please visit another attraction"....Corporate buyouts could be uncomfortable for theme park guests.

Now that we can really see this finished… May I just rant about how Universal did Hollywood dirty?

I fully understand a smaller scope, or different design and layout, based on location, and budget.

But this will always stand out to me:

IMG_4304.jpeg

Why does Tokyo and Florida get a fully completed red box with the Goomba mechanics well hidden… and Hollywood gets this? I just don’t get the discrepancy. That piece should have been designed the same?

Ugh.

Okay end rant. Glad Florida’s version is refined.

I'm actually with you on this. I have no idea why Hollywood's version had some lackluster finishing, to say the least.

It really makes no sense. Those finishing details can’t be that big of a budget block? I just don’t understand why they’d design that piece differently?

Ugh. Anyway I will move on now. I am glad there’s at least one version on our continent that has the finished details on point.

Maybe it means Transformers is on the chopping block in the next few years…
