Sad also. Hope it gets a nice retheme instead of a leveling. I can't picture anything replacing it that looks as good or as iconic, though.
Islands lagoon will never seem the same if the look changes.

I’m almost certainly never going to have gone to Mythos, and in general never have gone to LC and properly understood the historical context instead of just thinking “idk this is some random place maybe themed to a movie i’ve never seen with no rides so i don’t care also i’m 12 years old”. So that’s pretty sad.

Assuming if my math is mathing, they will be using the full Lost Continent area including the launch site for boats, for the sake of the large scale replacement. Access to Hogsmeade might be restricted as a result of having to re-route navigation to Jurassic for a time being.

Fallon, was a full retrofit of a pre-existing building. Only one major wall went down. The best example of extreme renovation in theme parks is how 20,000 Leagues at Magic Kingdom got renovated to become Little Mermaid. There is literally one, 30-foot span of an OG wall still in place.
