Vibrant colors don't last long in that Florida climate. Seems like they're forever repainting Seuss Landing.

I really hope that some of these changes will help the nausea problem. I love the Simpsons, but this is the only ride in the entire resort that makes me nauseous.

Did BTTF have the same effect on you also?

Honestly, I couldn't say. I think I only did BTTF once. We were more of a Disney family when BTTF was around. Simpsons Ride was around the time of the amazingly cheap 7-day passes and we became a Universal family.

Bad wording. I just meant it might run passengers without officially be "open." But I never saw it running while I was there

Bob's Burgers overlay confirmed. Hahaha I wish. I would love to see something different in it's space. I'm more of a Disney person, but The Simpsons Ride is my favorite ride of all time. It just feels a little dated, as it isn't as relevant as it was when the ride opened.

I'm the same and I can't put my finger on why,

I know this wasn't aimed at me but to answer it anyway, BTTF didn't have that effect on me but growing into an adult does have that effect on you. My parents weren't the biggest fan of BTTF which must have irritated them having 3 kids who loved it.

Was BTTF in 3D? If not, that could be a big part of the Naseua problem?

Simpsons gave me a bit of mild nausea a few years back. But since they made the projections with a sharper image, changing lighting or whatever they did, two or three years ago, I no longer get any nausea or mild motion sickness. It works really well for me now. And I'm on the quite a bit older side of the equation ( I get motion sickness on spinning flat rides & coasters like DC) (And I used to get mild nausea on FJ until they sharpened the projections and made minor changes to the motion.. Now, I get no nausea on FJ at all. )

Ive noticed over three rides on my last trip that the nausea only hit me while sitting on the outsides of the highest level. May be a coincidence, anyone else

That's great to hear! I haven't ridden it in years, so my nausea has probably (hopefully?) been fixed by now.

Huh, could've sworn it was.

Let's not read into my perception of Universal as a result of any of that...
