I know you weren't serious. But my brain hurts from thinking about the technical hurdles of getting that to actually work.

Well, I was mostly being facetious, yes, but the technical hurdles wouldn't be particularly difficult. Have half the benches programmed for a softer ride, while the other half of the benches programmed for a rougher ride. Finding a way to let the cast members differentiate between the two wouldn't be particularly difficult since they've got some brilliant people over at USO, and slightly adjusting the queue to help designate who wants a rougher ride and who wants a softer ride would be a necessary and not particularly expensive evil.

The ride's okay as it is, I'm just saying. Variety's the spice of life!

I hate that when they take out or modify effects after some people complain that their 6-year old who shouldn't be riding a thrill ride like that in the first place got too scared. Then you end up with a watered down ride, just so it doesn't scare or offend anyone. You're going on a thrill ride people! Sigh

Nobody seems to want to take responsibility for what their children experience. I would never recommend blindly taking a child on a ride that their guardian has never ridden beforehand. It's upsetting when people complain to the parks and real fans have to suffer from having their favorite rides altered because of them.

i know like, sure it's Harry Potter and it's Hogwarts but nobody said this wasn't going to be a terrifying ride, you should've at least asked someone beforehand so you knew what you were getting into. people are so ignorant.

I know it's not like they don't post warning signs. It's a shame.

A little birdie has told me that someone did not approve the overall look of a certain new addition in Hogsmeade. Said addition will close again at the start of the new week and be closed for another 8-10 days.

They did not approve either

^ Ok buster... who didn't approve? MW?, Gilmore?, Old Brit Art Director?, WB?, JKR? We do want to know such things if your source is high up in UC.

Great video, I bet it's only a 10 minute wait once in a blue moon!

When I was there in late September that was close to the wait times I had, Thursday it was the full 15 minutes, and Friday was just about a walk on.

Could this possibly have anything to do with the stage in general? Not only is it just plain, unstained wood, but in between sets, people constantly lean/sit on the stage.
