IOA just has that corner building and the snowman. If anything the snowman needs to go. The corner building is storage and needs to be relocated.

I'm jealous of how much space these people have in their wizarding world.

I'm not, that changes the whole chaotic feel of the land. Harry lurches from drama to catastrophe to death defying situations throughout the story and opening it up like that is just attraction to attraction. Shoulder to shoulder is more in the feel of the story IMO

Yes, it sets the proper mood & ambiance, just like the small crowded stores. More authentic.
