Well, it's been a long time, my friends. I haven't been commenting for the last few months, but I have been watching and following along around here. I am happy to report that I have just booked my trip to Universal. I shall be there April 18-22 (the week before Easter, yikes!). Years of following the development of this baby and I'm finally going to be able to see it with my own eyes. See you there!

The regular butterbeer is sickly, and taste like medicine. It has a gross aftertaste.

Now frozen... I once had 3 mugs of it in one trip.

Most of the park itself is ugly. I dont like the asphalt road that it has with cracks and the yellow show buildings are everywhere. It just looked dirty and cheap. Also, the ride disaster is stupid, i waited like 40 minutes for it. Also, jimmy neutron is old and the color is fading from the show building. The Mummy ride was ruff but it was fun. Overall, it needs a major face-lift. You can tell that boats in jaws are old and they were kind of dirty. The shark it-self was funnier then scary because it looked super fake, especially knowing what can be created.

Huh well I can kind of see where you are going with this but I mean i enjoyed myself. What did you think of the simpsons and e.t and men in black? I liked those rides. IOA is better though. Uni needs a new attraction area like Harry potter. That way people would start going to both parks a lot more instead of everyone flooding over to IOA.

I hope you realize USF is not made to look as emaculately detailed or immersive as IoA to any extent. Its function is a film set backlot. You souldn't feel like you're in another world, you should feel like you're in a parking lot.

And I guess you got unlucky because Mummy is one of the smoothest coasters out there.

Sorry for being semi off topic and a random possibly confusing question. But does anyone know or have of clarification on whether or not the 36 percent increase from reports are soley for IOA or for the entire resort? Most articles say "Across the Universal Orlando parks" or something similar. I would presume that is a big difference. Ha.

Since the resort reports numbers as a whole, I'm sure this is both IOA and USF. Because remember, if people can't get into IOA, they would jump over to USF in order to not waste a day.

I was just wondering because with things like the TEA they also post the parks seperately.

If attendance is up for just IOA 36 percent that is 1.6 million more guests. If it is up 36 percent for the entire resort..WOW.

Hello everyone! Long time no post!
I'm pretty excited because I'm probably going to be heading back to Uni on Saturday. It's my birthday that day, and I can't think of a better way to spend it than at IoA and especially WWoHP. My good friend recently got an annual and so she may come with me. Needless to say, I'm very excited. I haven't been to the parks in months. It's been too long!
Last time my friend went, there was a super long wait to get into the island. Should I expect anything close to this on Saturday? I know it's not exactly 'in season' anymore, but I'd just like your opinions :)
Also, I was wondering if anyone off of Orlando United is planning to go to Leakycon. It's in Orlando at some of the Uni hotels. I'm 99.99% positive that I'm going, I just need to finalize my registration. I cannot wait, and hope to see some of you there!

^ It's a long weekend so expect some crowds but it shouldn't be too bad. Can't think of a better way to spend a bday!
