Okay.... I’m really starting to think that actually is what we are thinking and that’s a Pokémon attraction ..
it makes a lot of sense. If universal was any bit iffy on a dedicated land, they can test demand / performance with that one attraction and if it does well, the land is ready to go right behind it and can be also potentially connected to Nintendo as well since it is next door, or just serve as a similar ip keeping a good flow.
