Would be a cold day in hell before Disney/Seminole tribe allow a casino in Orlando.
Oh I don’t want a casino either, but, that hotel in Vegas is stellar lol. The dining options were A+ too. That’s more where my thinking went but ya I don’t want a casino either although I could see it one day in my lifetime (22 atm), but that’s likely when I’m older.

Hell it ain’t like I got money to gamble anyways lol

Going by what I could see, the stained glass structure's usable interior space seems far too small for a show of any decent size. Below is an image comparison between the inside of it and the inside of the Dragons theater. Neither includes their support buildings beside them though.

I still think there's space for a small queue in the adjoining structure, and only enough space for something like a carousel (or a similarly sized flat ride) inside the main structure. The interior usable space is just about equal to the smallest quick service in the hub, which has around a dozen tables and serves ice cream. If this mystery building is in fact for a show, it will probably be pretty low capacity.

There are a couple larger structures near the park's entrance that might be able to contain a show, one of which does not appear in the concept art. (The ones that are in the concept art likely aren't tall enough for such a thing.) And that other building appears to be OUTSIDE of the park gate, so, certainly could be a separate ticketed thing, but shares the parking lot... (Or, it's just a park support building, I have no idea, most of what I've seen only show foundations and not heights so there's no telling.)

Ugh, forget my idea then haha. I do think a hard ticketed show anywhere in the Hub is still a good idea though, assuming the show is good of course.

Btw, i’m a little new to this, is there any way to make educated guesses on what music the lands will probably use? I know the main score is expected (and the main scores for frankenstein, httyd and fb are all awesome), but is there any clear guess aside from that? do they ever expand on shorter music from the films?

Islands of Adventure had new compositions written for all the lands, even Jurassic Park. I imagine we’ll see more of that. Inside the rides themselves you have a better chance of hearing the regular film music though.

Interesting! through i wonder if they’ll use the FB theme anyways bc they did so for potter.

Do you know if with IOA they got the film’s respective composers to work on the lands music if the land was based on a movie? (i.e. John Williams doing the Isla Adventura/Hogsmede loops)

I don’t believe so. Someone else created the Jurassic Park original music, and they play the main film theme at the land entrances. And I think they had other composers create new arrangements from the film scores for the Potter stuff, but nothing original (as far as I know).

Big fan of the world building, the creatures and like half the characters... It’s just unfortunate that that films fall flat and are kinda boring. Personally I think the sequels could use new directors, to instill new life into the franchis, (and, dare I say it, a screenwriter to take a second pass on Rowling’s scripts).
I'm personally not a fan of how Beasts is with its world building and bringing the beasts from the pages to the screens; both in terms of quality and consistency (same can be said for some other stuff Rowling has added or interpreted into her world). But we have been needing a new director for the series. Yates was rather good if not okay if adapting the last 3 books into movies *cough* Half-Blood Prince*cough*, but the thing is that those were just that; adaptations of the last three stories.

I reeeeeally hope we see a Zouwu in the land. I’m pretty sure the Zouwu from the movie was at least partially practical, so i could see it being made into a really great animatronic

If there's only two attractions in the hub and mostly restaurants, then it seems like we should be looking at like ~5 TS restaurants and 3-5 QS restaurants in the hub.

If this is from a permit plans through a public records request, I'd definitely be interested in seeing whatever plans you're looking at.

Also, regarding Alicias video saying they’d recreate no-maj/muggle paris roads from the film in the outdoor portion made me wonder what areas that could be:
-Boulevard Haussman: This i speculate will be the main road in the land, the art looks near identical to the one in the movie. this is the road with the apartment grindelwald seizes after killing its owners. No other road scene was really in the film, aside from the zouwu scene on a bridge.
-Place De Furstenberg: This city square is the entrance to the french ministry of magic, and has thin trees with bushy green tops, as seen below. If that’s not what that tree filled square in the outside area is, i’ll be surprised.

I believe full casinos have to be on seminole tribe lands. County casinos may only offer slots, and electronic games. Plus I believe it requires the approval of ALL counties now to open a casino in your county (thank you seminole for making sure you keep your monopoly).

So i was thinking about it and harry potter world really needs some "classes" type thing. I was thinking the shows would be a good opportunity for that (transfiguration or charms class please) but they should also do like a unique wizard themed gastreology type restraunt and call it the potions classroom. I don't know if jk woukd approve something like that but they really need a potions class.
