Actually, millenials raised on the "anyone can be an astronaut" mentality show higher levels of depression, dissatisfaction later in life, and general discontent.

Telling people they can be anything they want if they just try hard enough is setting them up for dissapointment. Plus a lot of psychological nonsense to sort out that life just isn't fair and someone has to be the garbage man.

Sorry, but I don't buy that. I've always believed that maintaining a positive outlook will help create positive outcomes, and that negativism breeds negative outcomes...Much is just my own personal experience. I came from dirt poor roots, and I was able to achieve a lot in life. Even when negative things were happening, I kept a positive outlook, and things turned around. The night may be dark, but the sun always comes up in the morning. ....I have a sign on my desk, "Enjoy Every Day to it's Fullest. Every Day is Beautiful in it's Special Way."...:thumbsup:

Being involved in the theme park industry was something I've wanted to do for a very long time. Many of my classmate during Senior year of high school still didn't know their passion. But my passion is in my art. I haven't posted my artwork on here, but go to WDWmagic forums to see one of my attraction concepts. Hah- epcyclopedia is actually right here- even though I relate more to mad dog. The saying "you can do anything you out your mind to" has proven otherwise

There's a few spots they could do something without tearing anything else down, but mostly - yeah, something like Fear Factor has to come down at minimum to make room.

A nice wee 2.5 acre plot of land if they decided to expand Diagon.

If possible this would be beyond overkill. Phase 3 coming at IOA with enough land left over for a Phase 4 and then Phase 5 here.

Essential backstage operational buildings.

They could easily move these buildings into the Team Member parking lot if they wanted to expand, but they would have to build more garages for TMs first.

The buildings behind Diagon...

Big one is HR (you go there to get hired) and I forget what the little one next to it is. But the one attached to HE is a cast cafe on the lower level and training rooms on the upper level.
