Just checked Wunderground, storm will be passing overnight now which is good for preview and grand opening. Good thing they should be mostly set up for the event already, it's going to pour tonight.

This tunnel is such a great mood setter. The details on the ruins at the shuttle bus walkway are amazing. These are the details we haven't seen yet.

No. They are still exposed today. It doesn't appear that the steps are done yet. Oh well. It is what it is.
