Got my opening day ticket

That's really weird - at the end of the queue it should redivert you to the following screen:

Yeah it’s not letting me in. This sucks I probably would’ve gotten opening day too.

Even though the banner said 5/22 was sold out, I was still able to get tickets for that day. It allowed me to check out and I got a confirmation number so...I guess I did it?

The 22nd wasn't available for a little while, then came back, and now it's unavailable again. Think you should be ok - who knows, maybe it will come back again if people don't check out tickets in their baskets?

If you get thrown out after trying to buy, try incognito mode on your browser. Or call the Passholder phone line ( 1-866-7277-4386 ) to purchase when it opens shortly, as that's the next best way to buy besides going to the front gate or CityWalk this morning in person.

Can you try downloading Chrome from the app store quickly? Just checked and I'm still seeing the 22nd as available.

Edit - it sounds like other people are having the same problem as you. It looks like support is back online on the UOAP facebook group, you can try messaging the official Universal Orlando Account and saying 'Team Member' to speak to a real person.

Someone has said that logging out then back in on the app sorted the issue for them:

Waited the 20 minutes just to find that I was logged into the wrong account. Now I've got my actual Annual Pass account attached, so here's hoping I'll be able to nab an opening spot whenever they open back up.

Snagged tickets for 5/23. A message on the queue screen said that opening day was fully booked but it seemed available on the calendar?

Did anyone receive a receipt for their tickets? I see the charge was made on my card, but no receipt yet and I don't see the tickets in my wallet. Also booked Terra Luna for one night on 5/22 for early entry.

Sorry, yes - if you message the official Universal Orlando Resort account on Facebook and then type 'Team Member' in the message window it connects you with a real person instead of the chat bot.

Why would I bother with that if the more limited Passholder access isn’t even working?
