Can you try downloading Chrome from the app store quickly? Just checked and I'm still seeing the 22nd as available.
Edit - it sounds like other people are having the same problem as you. It looks like support is back online on the UOAP facebook group, you can try messaging the official Universal Orlando Account and saying 'Team Member' to speak to a real person.
Someone has said that logging out then back in on the app sorted the issue for them:
