Hello OU! Long time lurker opcorn: of the boards but decided to sign up and finally post. So what are the chances of softs happening this coming week? I was also thinking that even if the walls are still up its very easy to pull one panel out of the way by the entrance to allow for entry of guests or workers to ride no? So dont think I would use that as an indication of whether or not they are going to happen. Wouldn't they want to keep it hidden during softs so if they have to close it off to riders for a while or the rest of the day they can quickly do so and no one would know any of the wiser?

Simply put we don't know right now. Creative had a date set and missed it. Sorry we can't answer it right now, but watch this thread's first post and Twitter for more info.

As for the walls, they aren't designed to have just one section be removed, so everything would have to come down. Some walls do have this but I don't believe Kong does (the ability to open is actually built in for access by equipment and personell).

Again, spoiler thread will go up once softs start. EVERYTHING is just speculation and hearsay at this point.

I've said it before, Universal doesn't want guests tripping over the backside of these walls that are held up by cement block and rough wood beams. They won't have softs until these come down.
