I remember waiting in the extended queue for Forbidden Journey and being able to hear the Dragon.

Do we need a tutorial video for spoiler related material and how to put things in spoiler form? How many times must it be said? Any information deemed "spoilery" needs to be put in spoiler quotes. I'm no mod but info up above is definitely borderline spoiler if not a full spoiler for some.

Why do I have the sinking feeling that those who ride it the first few months will see a noticeably different version than the one that will actually be offered for the attraction's lifespan?

From everything being said, I would gather that those in softs may not want to take it for granted.

Sorry for not using tags, I just didn't think they were necessary. There was no information on what happened during the ride.

I second this request. I've read through all of the spoiler-tagged posts on the most recent pages in here, and there's really nothing in any of them that I'd categorize as a spoiler in the sense of being something that gives away specific moments, beats, plot points, etc. I just don't see how general reactions along the lines of "It's really good!" or "Some suits and TMs have been underwhelmed!" could possibly spoil anybody's first time on the ride.

If that is the spoiler policy anyway, I guess I'm fine with it, but a little clarification might be helpful.

And consistency. Jaws and Kongfrontation rides were dependent on the performances from spielers. And after saying the same thing 50 times a day you start to sound monotonous. Having a prerecorded spiel guarantees consistency between shows. Plus, spielers are also paid more, so it's a matter of not having to pay a human to do what a robot can do better... theoretically.

If Consistancy is an issue, why not keep the same pre-recorded spiel, but put a human in the seat. The TM can just act and not say anything.

Sooo, pay a human to do nothing? Seems like a waste of money.

I think parts of the Hollywood tram tour use pre-recorded spiel now over the speakers for consistency (Jimmy Fallon isn't it?)... but the driver is still needed, to um, drive. Ya know?
