This was just an obvious joke right? Not trying to start a panic, but I think I recall Legacy saying that he asked that the secret IP not be included on the spec map. It would make sense to not share TWD was returning until it was 100% certain to prevent the chaos that would ensue. I can't really think of a reason he would want to hide TCM other than just to keep something a surprise. Hypothetically, someone could have caught a glimpse of masks for The Whisperers and they were mistaken for Leatherface masks. I know the likelihood of them doing something zombie related is slim with the current events happening. Just a thought

Although Hollywood may or may not be getting TWD, depending on how things go, I wouldn't bet on it for orlando. Plus, if it was coming I could see them wanting to announce it second or third just to get to rip the bandaid off.

It’s not a “buy” or “not buy.” They closed it to save money on operating costs through the summer, but had no plans to dismantle it. So, they were going to reopen it during HHN for the added capacity.

If Universal says it, it’s pretty official.

it came from a direct press release from universal, so it's not really just baseless speculation. It's just cheaper to close it down and replace the actors with HHN actors and say its "back by popular demand", not that it'll really feel like it was gone at all, since there wasn't even a month between it's closure and the park's.

Came across a few of those, surprisingly basic but I guess a lot of the people auditioning have past experience so they're already known to be capable. Curious about what both coasts are gonna do for public auditions.

Pretty much. They also ask, "What's your favorite Halloween candy?", and for returning scare actors, "Whats your favorite role you've had at HHN?" But yeah, Orlando's auditions are a type out and not skill based.
