Didnt John Murdy (Hollywood’s creative director) do something that annoyed Jason Blum (Blumhouse) so much that Blumhouse properties are off for HHN?

Maybe that explains why Blumhouse is on Orlando's V2 map and not Hollywood's. Idk, could be a stretch.

Disney, Stephen King, and JK Rowling are very against having their IPs featured at HHN. Not really sure if there's more than that.

JK Rowling has already approved Potter to be included in HHN. They had a Death Eaters show at HHN in Japan and one was approved for Orlando.

To my knowledge, Hollywood has never planned to do anything with Harry Potter at HHN.

That isn’t to say they can’t—they CAN. They just haven’t.

I'm not too engaged in the exploits of the wealthy elite (unless it's the Shinra Electric Power Company, of course), but are there any rights holders/directors/creators who have directly expressed their wish to not have their property at HHN?

Stephen King is the only one on record that I know of (and he's filed legal actions to back up his stance). He's never given a non-jokey reason as to why.

IIRC John Landis was not initially enthused to have American Werewolf in London turned into a house, I think he somehow blocked the first attempt at it, but he came around once he saw the finished version.

Romero, Raimi, Peele, and Blum have all allowed houses from their IPs in the past. Hard-pressed to think of any other household name horror director/producers.

This whole year is the most interesting lineup for HHN in years IMO (specifically for Haunted Houses).

About shows, I am so curious to see if they follow up Halloween Nightmare Fuel or go a different direction (amusing the Fear Factor Stage is back as our location).
