Annual pass free cover at clubs?

I just wanted to try and clarify something.

The few times I've been to CityWalk clubs I just showed my Preferred annual pass at the door and got in for free.

I was looking through the June 2011 benefits page today and it says we get 2 free CityWalk Party Passes with our annual passes. That got me thinking as to why they would offer free party passes if we get free cover anyway. Then I looked at the year round benefits and it mentions nothing about free cover at each club.

My question is do they no longer offer free cover at each club year round or is it an unlisted benefit?
