The shop is open to everybody. I was there last weekend. It's a very impressive display for just a retail store! And they also said even more stuff will be coming over the labor day weekend, and it will be up through Halloween.
You do have to go through a security check, but it is all open to the public and needs no reservations. Usually, street parking is not too difficult to find, but I was told you can park in the structure for free if you tell them you're there for the store (I've always found street parking, so I haven't tried for myself yet)
