Wow. Must be a property licensing thing, I was there literally two days ago and the entire massive restaurant was filled with people. No way they weren’t making enough money.

I've gone a lot and its hit or miss.....sometimes the lobby is filled and takes 40 mins to an hour to get seated and sometimes you walk just in.

Also a ton of them are closing down in the state not just this one.

Universal Studios Hollywood is having a new tribute store--but as opposed of doing the traditional "Holidays" store....it's an Epic Universe store.

This has to mean then that Slice House is going over to Karl Strauss's spot then, no? When Starbucks took over the former sit-down, they changed infastructure to let the Starbucks be effectively that of a counter-service.

Permits were filed for neon signs to represent it; and Slice House is not a proper sit-down option that could take up a location like DongPo Kitchen.

Also, in terms of Insomnia Cookies, it's cool they're going to be there... but their main factor is they are typically open until midnight or later (hence their name). Can that work at Citywalk, with the curfew?

100% the business can stay open….universal studios is a 24/7 business. Usually that’s BOH stuff tho.

They would if it was open. Only thing open for graveyard shift employees is vending machines and a cafe.

Them being open late is a part of their branding (hence the name), but as mentioned earlier, there's no logistical way for them to be open any later than when the rest of Citywalk closes.

So to establish then what seems to be our 2025 rollout for new stuff then:

- Line Friends Square
- Slice House (more permits are being filed for it as it continues to move forward)
- Escapology in January
- The Halal Guys (Permits are coming in for what seems to be a new location of The Halal Guys at USH. It seems to be replacing Crepe Cafe).
- The Mystery DongPo Replacement
