Seriously guys some of these quotes aren't nearly as stupid as you're making them out. Not everyone knows the differences between dinosaurs, people will continue to call Wizarding World "Harry Potter World" (as I probably will too considering it's shorter), Rock N Rollercoaster and RockIt DO have similar names so yes people will get them confused. Some of these are funny and some of these are a bit much guys.

Some people just don't pay attention, they are there to ride the ride, not learn about dinos

For example, I just came back from Europe, me and my wife took a few tours and all of them had audio telling you about everything around you, she didn't pay attention at all and was clueless when I mentioned a fun fact they said.

There is no such thing. There are tons of people who could care less about the names of dinosaurs. Just because they have seen them before, doesn't mean they know what they are.

Triceratops, sure. Raptor, not so much. If no one watched Jurassic Park, they'd have no idea what a Raptor probably looked like.

I'm pretty sure if you held up a picture of an Allosaurus to the common guest, they would guess it was a T-Rex. Just because it's common knowledge to you, doesn't mean it's common knowledge to all. It would be safe to assume that most people could care less about dinosaurs, they just want them to look cool and terrify you.

I agree with Jake though, a lot of these quotes have been very nitpicky. We know most of the theme park ins and outs because we are part of an online theme park community. Not many people spend their free time catching up on all the latest news and rumors. When sharing quotes, just take a step outside of the box and try to see if the story you sharing is really "stupid" or just a person with little "in the know" knowledge.

For example, a father is walking with his daughter past the Mexico pavilion in Epcot. Father asks daughter, "Do you know what language they speak in Mexico?". Little girl nods her head, no. Father responds "They speak Mexican."

You seriously underestimate the popularity of Dinosaurs then T.Rex,Raptor,Triceratops,Stegosaurus,Pterodactyl,Brontosaurus etc are household names even if they are wrong.

You seriously are overestimating the popularity of dinosaurs. As Jts said, they probably know the name, but probably don't know their appearance.
