Skip to 13:27 in and it shows the construction site. It looks pretty much like Riviera for the most part.

Excuse the crude photoshop but you're taking about a final height something like this:
Goodness that thing is going to be a monster of a structure at a hotel like this where most of the buildings are fairly low to the ground.
