Great pics, hatetolfy!

Hmm, I had never paid attention to the pipes that run up and down Gru's home, nor the oddly thin chimney whenever I watched the movie:

Those are great details, though!

I'm in love with everything they've done outside for this attraction...except for the chimney. For some reason it just bugs the hell out of me.

It is very...skinny isn't it. Otherwise this is shaping up to be the best attraction (aesthetic-wise) that this building has ever had, those Minions are just too cute. Can't wait to see the actual attraction.

I think it's clear now that USO have a lot of funds from the potter attractions they do actually care about the general aesthetics of attractions and the themes.

Yes I agree as well but in comparison to Disney they generally get slated for it from the Disney fan-boys (didn't really want to bring up the D word in this thread )

Universal does just as much theming as Disney, Port of Entry being a good example....Disney just gets more credit for it because they constantly talk about it and how great they are at it in all of their videos

I agree, Universal gets to much flack all the time from Disney fans. Port of entry is immersive as is all of IOA.

This pic is a few days old, but it is the first I've seen of the signage's backlit lighting scheme on.

^ I couldn't find the movie... so I just watched all of the Apple HD trailers and featurettes today. Gru's reaction to the kitty story book is sooooooo me. As if any of you hadn't noticed. :blank:

I dont think an offical date has been confirmed but this date(May 26th) seems to make sense and it could be very possible. Still have fingers crossed for a soft opening when I go next week.

"They should open it". Keyword, "should"

From englishpage.com:

Should

"Should" is most commonly used to make recommendations or give advice.

Example: When you go to Berlin, you should visit the palaces in Potsdam. recommendation
