They look like they're painted. They've been painting the rest of the facade, so I'd be surprised if they use printouts.

I agree with Bernard, it looks like it's a stock photo of a tree! If it is painted, I'm impressed!

About time! And it looks like the ride sign will be in the same location as Florida: over the "second floor" windows of Gru's house. You can see the supports.

Things are moving along nicely for DM.  SSFL construction walls have been moved and now utilize more space.

The windows on the 3rd floor that face towards SSFL also have supports. I wonder if we'll be getting two signs or if something is planned.

In person, it's very obvious that those trees were painted, so I guess I got the wrong impression from the photos (which goes to show that one should never judge anything based on online media alone!).

Overall, the entire facade is very impressive. Can't wait to see where this is going.

I am still not very interested in this attraction because I have already done it in Orlando.  However, my hopes are high for the additions to the surrounding area and hopefully we will have a superior product because ours will be built from scratch.  Will Singapore get our version???  They don't have a Terminator building to remove...

Word on the street, from what I've heard, is that the "Super Silly Fun" spinner ride has been scrapped due to problems with the manufacturer.

Uhhh...it's a spinner. The simplest and most generic of rides. They can find another manufacturer if the other one is giving them issues. Which doesn't even make sense for so many reasons. Kang and Kodos is fine in Florida, as is every other spinner in the country. I call B.S. Not blaming you of course. If it doesn't get built I'll be very disappointed in USH.....

I actually heard the same thing today...not sure how true, but I've heard that there's some issues with SSFL in general too...

Take it with a hearty pinch of salt of course.
