And don't forget about the CMs. I would be very surprised if (either initially or after they figure out how the crowds flow) they don't have some kind of special deal for CMs. As it stands they'll likely get their 10-20% discount on either bowling or food, but I can see promotions like afternoon bowling specials, or days when crowds aren't as high.
As for me, I'll definitely be going, but because of the expected prices, it will probably be a once, maybe twice a month deal just like Dave & Busters.
