Know this is slightly off topic, but does anyone have any pictures/videos of the old ET spaceship ride vehicles? Never have seen it before and can't seem to find any pictures on it.

I've found that this might be one of the great theme park mysteries ever. There's actual evidence from old guides that this was a thing they reported, but it seems they must have been taken out within a year because there is zero photo evidence of it. Zip. Zilch.

It's always eluded me, I'll try contacting two people who may have it somewhere now that I think about it. Off to Twitter...

There never were any spaceship ride vehicles. Unless it was in the concept phase.

I'm 99% sure these "Spaceships" are still there.
It's what they call the handicapped ride vehicles.

Sure right about the queue. Vacation would be really missing something major ambiance if we missed that.

They used to have a spaceship vehicle. Now they don't.

Looked like this, just with the middle area open.

Botanicus is a highlight of every trip for my family. One of our favorite memories was ~6 years ago when we were in the JP Discovery Center during the birth of a baby raptor. Not sure how the group of 30 years old was picked, but getting to name him Botanicus (to the confusion of everyone else there) and still having the framed Birth Certificate won't be topped for us.

I was actually one of the first people to ride E.T. when I was a kid. We were part of the VIPs who were invited in before the park officially opened to the public because of my dad's work with UNI. I saw the spaceships with my very own eyes

It was funny, Earthquake you could only experience the pre show and they lead you through the station where the ride was going to be. Hitchcock was fun. But E.T. saying your name was mindblowing.

The Hollywood and Osaka versions must have not had it either if they lasted they long as well, because there's no way we wouldn't have photos of them in that case.
