Hate to say this but this is probably a situation where the GP's buying patterns are going to massively outweigh any sort of fan feedback. It's not unheard of for the top 4-5 menu items make up +90% of sales so they're not going to hassle with ingredients/training/etc. for a pizza that accounts for one out of every hundred pizzas leaving the kitchen.

Disney TSR lunch menus never truly came back after Covid gave them an excuse to cut them to like 3-4 entrees.

Agreed. It might also be an attempt to speed up efficiency. There were massive lines with people waiting for tables when I was there. Reading and processing a menu takes a lot of time, so cutting out the less popular as well as more complex options reduces reading time and decision making, and is more efficient in the kitchen as it reduces the need to pivot to different recipes. Shaving off even a minute or two per order can make a large difference with the volume of people going through.

I'm curious to see if we could see this start to happen at the other QS locations.

Glass half full: this is a menu test for the new Italian place and we’ll see pizzas return once they opens

Glass half empty: these are the four top selling pizzas and that’s all they think they need.

I knew it.

It’s way too early for them to start cutting menu items like this.

I did want to mention that I got the Lobe blaster twice. It did not taste strong but it made me very tipsy. I have a moderate tolerance and I was surprised how strong it was. I also really enjoy the mead. It reminded me of Pom and blackberry juice.

Volcano Bay started cutting about 3 months in, so we'll see if that happens again here. Both WDW & UOR will temporarily remove items from their mobile order systems whenever they are short on supply, so not uncommon.

I really hope most of the menu items stick though. It'll be fun to compare the list of menu items 6 months from now.

I’d hope they at least keep some menu items thru the fall. Hot summer Florida months, imo, are not the time to really “test” everything as eating habits will change. I know you can’t always cater to that in a theme park setting, but I’d hope everything gets a 6 month test run.

Now that I've got to try some of the options here, I have to say I was pretty impressed with what I had here!

Last Thursday I went with Breakfast at Oak & Star Tavern, and the Chorizo and Eggs (with a side of BBQ Bacon) hit the spot nicely.

Dinner was at The Blue Dragon, where I absolutely loved the night and neon vibes of the decor, and the food was wonderful as well! I had the Snowflake Potstickers, Peanut Shrimp Noodles, and drink-wise I had the Chengdu Dream.

When I dropped by again on Saturday, I went to Hooligan's to try one of the very popular mac n' cheese cones. (I went with the PB&J - Pork, Bacon and Jam.) This honestly reminded me of the cones over at Cars Land in DCA and that's a very good thing as I loved them there, and over here it's a wonderful snack as well!

Finally, I made sure to drop by the Burning Blade Tavern for a drink. Love the vibes in here, even if it may be a tad small. I went with the Crossbow, and that's a regular order for me from now on.

I hope I can return again soon to try out even more options!

Jealous on the breakfast as we missed it by MINUTES. The brisket for lunch is amazing.
