I got one email to confirm my purchase... Was I supposed to get more? And a lengthy visit to customer service on my one visit to Epic Universe is what I'm trying to avoid. I'll probably just end up calling customer service soon to verify.
I guess I find it weird because every other time I've purchased a ticket from Universal or Disney, there's zero doubt in my mind, the ticket is clearly visible, instructions are laid out. But here I've got nothing in my app or email for instructions, just "you purchased this, here's your confirmation number that you purchased it." There's no indication that it's tied to my or my girlfriend's AP.
Also the fact that the email says "Error! Filename not specified" doesn't give me any comfort... Was there supposed to be a PDF?
