Epic Universe Ticketing Info, Advice, & Speculation

I got one email to confirm my purchase... Was I supposed to get more? And a lengthy visit to customer service on my one visit to Epic Universe is what I'm trying to avoid. I'll probably just end up calling customer service soon to verify.

I guess I find it weird because every other time I've purchased a ticket from Universal or Disney, there's zero doubt in my mind, the ticket is clearly visible, instructions are laid out. But here I've got nothing in my app or email for instructions, just "you purchased this, here's your confirmation number that you purchased it." There's no indication that it's tied to my or my girlfriend's AP.

Also the fact that the email says "Error! Filename not specified" doesn't give me any comfort... Was there supposed to be a PDF?

I ended up calling and they verified that it's on there. Definitely needed that piece of mind as you said.

So weird that they didn't at least send an email to follow up with instructions / etc, to alleviate anxiety, prevent confusion, and hype up a paying customer, but oh well.

Also, I asked if any AP benefits apply to Epic (eg free parking, discounted food, etc) and they essentially said 'at this time no, but that could change by the time you visit.'

yeah I had some issues too that I still need to go talk to them in person about. I had to buy our tickets in two orders since my daughters weren't APs yet. I got an email for one of them but it said I have to go to the turnstyle to get them for some reason.

I still haven't gotten anything for the second set of tickets...

I purchased 2 single day tickets for the 10th/11th of December the morning they were released for everyone. I noticed a charge back refund in my bank account last week. Yesterday I got an email from universal that my tickets didnt process. Just bought them again, got an email confirmation. I hope this time it sticks cause I already booked my hotel.

Maybe this was already known but Epic Express doesn't (currently) include Dragon Racer’s Rally, Mine-Cart Madness, or Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry




My express passes are currently not showing dated in my wallet. I imagine they'll fix that, otherwise I would have just bought my June ones at September prices, lol

Which is funny because on our preview day we were given free express passes (woot!) and we used it on Mine Cart Madness

I think capacity issues for all 3 rides.

A big question I have is will Battle at the Ministry be included with the VIP tours? This is something I would love to know before purchasing one.

Does anyone know if the 3 OG Hotels that provided Express for IOA and USF opened with Express benefits Or did it happen after the hotels were open. Curious if Universal would potential make a change for Helios to provide Express after it opens, potentially not until 2026...
