That is a LOT of painting if they are going to make those walls look like brick. Maybe the construction details will be better than the ride?

I think it's crazy how just 3 hours north of Ft. Lauderdale, trees lose their leaves.

I'm hearing a lot of people complain about Kong. I've been on it 3 times now, and it is a good ride.

What could Universal have done to make it better?

My biggest issue with Kong was the story; it was incohesive, the characters were terrible and for the longest ride at UOR, it felt like nothing really happened. Nothing was memorable besides the huge AA at the end if you're lucky enough to have a good view.

A minute and a half is spent slowly rolling around the front of the attraction which is visible from outside and I think this is where F&F might have a giant advantage over Kong that everything is going to be hidden within the giant warehouse with very little of the ride being visible from outside.

Frontage alone only needs to be 4 cars from the movies and it will do well.

The launch tube at the very least (on-ride). The queue, while very nice looking, is also much more generic than before.

I think this is the best description of Hulk after the redo.

THIS, this is it. Watch out for more 'generic' in MSHI, my guess, they are prepping for the inevitable

Unless Disney is going to offer up some insane amount of money (and even then I think Comcast turns them down), there is no "inevitable".

I agree. With it's amazing success & popularity, the Marvel brand is "Truly Priceless". No way Universal sells those rights.

Which is crazy because Orlando is right on the fringe of being truly tropical all year.

Or sell them just after the height of the marvel craze, when that genre is starting to decline but still will get top dollar from Disney.. there's your monorail money

Haha, selling Marvel right after the last year of the Marvel Cinematic Universe moves would be such a sly move by Universal.
Include that with a stealth purchase of another action property and there is your one two punch for the next decade.

The mind boggles at what Comcast would accept. I see 3 points when coming to a figure:

1) The cost of demolishing MSHI and building it's replacement.
2) The perceived loss of income from losing one of IOA's major selling point
3) The flat out inconvenience of it all.

Most of the walls will be painted as wood planks.
