Cortez wasn't scary though unless they did the Halloween episode with all the real life serial killers being present with Jeffrey Dahmer/John Wayne Gacy etc. But nothing really scary just with vampires.

True, Personally, I don't find AHS at all scary, but I really enjoy the series so I'd love to step into the "world" of AHS!

TBH... not much scares me... aside from the Exorcist

I'd personally love to see a maze based on Alien. We got an AVP maze, of course, but I think replicating the claustrophobia of the first Alien film could make for a great maze.

Same here. Alien is the only movie that really gets me scared.

Sorry the picture uploaded sideways everyone. It's a new looking roof structure. You could hear building machine noises coming from back there waiting in line. Best I could do. :)

It just occurred to me that with Disaster gone, there's nothing between New York and London to look at during HHN. I wonder if that means that people will pass primarily through Hollywood and Central Park this year.

Wonder what these means for the pass holder event nights. I mean we tend to get three houses early, but they tend to keep the area blocked off to just pass holders that RSVP'd. I assume they open the area at the scheduled entente start time while the gates seem to open for the general public a little early so in the past, it seemed we could always hit the three houses before the GP could get into that area.

Just wondering if they may give pass holders the option of four houses for the event this year.

They will probably stage open them like they have in the past and maybe open that one much closer to the end of the event. So basically AP holders get a 15 minute jump on the GP. Then you head off to the next house while the GP is following behind you.

Most likely we will get an expanded scarezone in that location. Last year we just had the exit of the Disaster house as a very small zone. This year I could see it starting right after Louie's pizza place and going all the way down the street. They need another big zone to get people back to that side of the park. Without a house or any rides past Mummy until HP, that is a lot of dead space.

An extra scarezone this year has been all but confirmed, right? That stretch is probably big enough to hold two, or one reallllly long one.

I want to say I was told 6 zones, but I honestly don't remember. Since no one can give me details on them they haven't been a focus.

5 official (NY, minions, Hollywood, old Disaster house exit (possibly extended down the whole street), path past Mel's) and then 1 unofficial by Simpsons. Last year we unofficially had 7 (all the ones I mentioned plus Transformers). I can't see the unofficial one being Transformer's because it didn't seem as effective last year and having an extended Disaster exit zone would be more than enough for that section of the park.

They didn't roam much though. To me a scarezone is a location (or zone) you go to where there are scareactors. A roaming horde, to me, is just that. A horde of scareactors that roam around the park so you never know where they are. You could always go to transformers or simpsons and see actors so I viewed it as a zone because they had clear boundaries they could not go past (just like all the other zones).
