C_D you make a good point. The scarezone was shadows of the past and this year is a new era of darkness. The robes may have signified that the icons were begining to falling into the shadows to welcome this new era of darkness as well as Jack welcoming you and Usher wshering you into the coming year.

True. All I hope in this new era is better houses, icons, and scarezones. Simple enough huh?

I'm with Tbad on this one. I get what you're saying too, but I don't think there's any doubt that the "bonus" scarezone last year clearly indicates a 20th reunion.

I just got the Passport newsletter in the mail today, and the HHN advertisement dubs it: Halloween Horror Nights XX: Twenty Years of Fear. It really sounds like they're going to do some sort of culmination of things they've used before, but that's just a guess from the name.

Thanks emily7793, it definitely looks like they're going to be using Twenty Years of Fear as the tagline this year.

I don't think it is a prop, but I can't think why it would be there

I'm actually leaning towards prop. I can't figure out what else it could be used for. If you look at it closely, it looks like it doesn't have a license plate. That's what really makes me think it's a prop.

Those rocks look like they can be from any houses that had a casle or forrest theme! But I would think something from Castle Vampyr.

More than likely yes because they have the different HHN sites from the last 5 years in-a-row.

New construction update over at HNN: http://www.horrornightnightmares.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=680&view=findpost&p=9899

The house in Disaster's queue is moving along pretty swiftly!

Well a van is different than other props because of it's size. It's so big that it would probably have to be inside of the house before construction finishes. Other props are smaller and can be carried in and out much easier.
