If my dear deceased dad saw those ragged fabric pieces hanging there, he would have sincerely said, "those flags need to be replaced...". He also thought the House of Blues needed to be repainted because "it looked like hell".

We can safely assume this is where Halloween 2 is going to be

Wharf is going to be awesome. On track to be my favorite scare zone period from what I'm seeing. Also consider that I've only been to the last three events.
