I think only one ball drop per night is a mistake because not only will a lot of guests miss it, but it WILL create a bottleneck from all the people trying to watch it just once.
it shouldn't be every hour, but it would be smarter to have a couple per day.

Could they time it around the cast change so that it feels even more full?

The cast changes for “Survive or Die” were pretty epic and I could see how doing the same here would make sense

that would be amazing if both casts gathered to celebrate it

My God there's a lot of good songs in just that list alone.

To think if they had set it later in the 80’s they’d probably have to switch the music out nightly.

this is incredibly interesting. some songs fit the event better than others. some songs are too pop for a scarezone.
it also makes me wonder how the music will influence the zone and the actors. depending on what's playing

Since this is a "new years Party" the songs they chose should be party songs. so the slower songs should technically be out of the list (I hope thats what they did)
I hope they picked the faster songs.

That’s really sweet. Bryan even had an account here on OU. Sad to hear about his loss, even more so after reading how excited he was for this year’s HHN. Glad to see he’s been memorialized as a piece of this year’s event, very fitting.

Count your blessings ladies and gentlemen. You just never know when you’re going to be called home.
