Also, just general speculation about Terror Tram.. Murdy just tweeted about working on it this year with "someone". What if that "someone" is Alice Cooper? Now that'd be an interesting take on it.

Seeing as a few weeks ago Murdy gave Michael a tour of the new TWD attraction they could also been discussing shared mazes (like AHS, The Exorcist, Krampus, TWD (sort of), and Halloween ll (possibly) ). But the terror tram at Hollywood could be a theme of a maze that's going to be at orlando.

No "rock star" houses this year. Murdy has said no original content for houses this year and Murdy considers music-based houses as such. Although if he did decide to do one again in the future, I wish to see an Iron Maiden house. 


Also, American Horror Story announced that they will be at Midsummer Night Scream. Take that for what you will but that sounds like a good time to make a maze announcement to me.

Mid Summer Scream is more for the SoCal Haunt Industry rather than the haunt industry in general.

That's not to say that they can't announce "American Horror Story" there just because MSS is more of a Socal Haunt Industry. Plus FX announced their full SDCC Lineup being two shows which are "Archer" and "The Strain" so "American Horror Story" will not be at SDCC this year presenting anything.

You don't have to show anything inside SDCC for an IP like AHS.


Plus, SDCC isn't exactly the convention event that it was due to a few things going with it; so it makes sense to have the IP represented somewhere else that it can be the center of attention.

You don't need to announce it at SDCC. If I was Universal/FX; I'd announce it during the week so that way, it makes sense.

HHN Update: New Snapchat Photos from Horror Nights promoting "The Purge Election Year" possible Scare zone announcement or some form of Purge (not maze) announcement tommorow?

I really doubt that Orlando is getting Purge though; especially with the aftermath of Pulse..but who knows, Hollywood could announce their first scarezone tomorrow but I doubt it.
